Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zylex does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

Limitation of Liability

Zylex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Zylex in the preceding twelve months.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zylex from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the services or violation of these terms.

Term and Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement or SOW.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Zylex reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the website.
